Subsidizing rent for the poor without addressing zoning and NIMBY is a self defeating policy.

Affordable housing for ALL AMERICANS. Nothing against the poor, but I found it odd how they lived in nicer apartments without paying rent while working people struggled to find decent housing in safe areas. Building 340k houses in neighborhoods that see 45k a yr is an issue

Government is not the answer.

To be able to charge whatever you want limits certain groups of people financially from finding adequate space & desired location which school zone is important to many. My rent increases every two, if not every year. NEWSFLASH; it costs $$ to move

That number is a hell of a lot higher than 11 million.

A welfare plan that mainly benefits southern California and NYC. No thx.

We don't need more legislation, we just need wages that reflect the cost if existing in our economy.

You can help those Americans by first lower their taxes, then you can lower your cost of living. By doing those two things, it will put money in their pockets.
