She didn't mean to give it all up, but she did right there. Teachers, who work for the state, are raising our children. That is their goal, the endgame. It's decimating us as a nation on so many levels.

Tell the world, Kamala! Teachers deserve a pay raise. The municipalities they serve are failing them, which is why teacher strikes have swept our nation. Thank you for appreciating this issue AND taking action towards fixing it.

Demand a raise for teachers on the front end then take it back in campaign contributions from the national teachers federation on the back end...a racket like solyndra – at Habersham Board Of Education

Why not nurses? Why not plumbers? Why not police? Why not military? Why not garbage persons? Why not postal workers? Why not firefighters?

When we go to war, when we subsidize large corporations, when we purchase failing products for the military (F-35); No one asks "How can we afford this?". Giving our children a quality education which includes paying teacher their value is imperative.

The education system hasn’t improved in 50 years and a centralized education system doesn’t provide a useful service in the technological age. We should let education startups in to bring innovation and drive down cost.

Just the opposite: we have hundreds of districts, each, its own private system. We need to pool taxes and commit to excellent, equitable education for all our kids: engineered by educators.
