Can you please check into adherence to IEP for special needs kids? Most are not followed, FAPE is not provided, Fed $ is collected and the kids suffer tremendously. Suicidal ideation.

As long as they are producing measurable results and not just be able to become a tenured dead beat. And that pay has to be equal to the area, not some blanket raise like minimum wage bs.

I wish teachers didn't have so many other things to do besides teach. It drives away lots of good teachers. I wish getting certified to teach wasn't such a difficult task.

Teachers should not have to take work home give out their email cell phone numbers answer phone calls off the clock and I do manage class dojo upload pics all on their on time

I find it interesting that when education was taught by men, they were highly regarded &respected in their community. They were known as mentors and tutors. Now that women are the majority of educators, they are teachers & it is ok to poorly pay them that they need 2+ jobs.
