He's wagging the dog with this budget...he knows it will get the media attention. Meanwhile, he's busy accumulating POWER with questionable leaders and religious leaders and breaking with many of our historical allies. Don't follow this new shiny thing like he wants.

That's true, protecting our sovereign nation (borders) and military and NASA are some of his focuses. You only mention those groups because you view them as likely voters. He brought jobs.. that helps everyone

You define cuts as a budget process where the increases in funding only meet mandated guidelines and don't exceed them. You are lying. They are not cuts, they are the minimum, sadly required, increases to many of these programs.
