Yes. Supply / Demand. When you flood the market with supply (illegal cheap labor) the price for labor (wages) is reduced.
This really isn’t complicated. It’s very basic economics 
As I’ve traveled the country, I’ve met with folks working two or three jobs just to get by. Their wages aren’t keeping up with the cost of living, gas, rent, and utilities. That’s why I proposed two bills to give middle-class and working families a lift up.

I am asking all of you to pay attention to the thousands/millions of caregivers. They are struggling silently. They sacrifice to give quality of life to a loved one - regardless of the kinship/relationship. They are the invisible nurses, doctors, and advocates. They exist.

O e school bus driver I knew also worked a shift at McDonald's and Walgreens in addition to driving the bus.Just to keep her small home.

Please read Dr.
@StephanieKelton’s paper on forgiving student loan debt. That’s a better incentive to boosting GenXrs and the middle class. Free college for those of us with multiple degrees doesn’t help. -
