Let's see. Chicago has the strictest gun laws in the country and still has 600+ murders every year. Banning guns is not only ineffective, it violates the Constitutional rights of US citizens.
Our nation's leaders should have acted to end gun violence after Sandy Hook. After Charleston. After San Bernardino. After Pulse. After Sutherland Springs. After Las Vegas. After the Tree of Life Synagogue. After Parkland. After Thousand Oaks. How many more?

Just got a shotgun in our home the clack clack sound alone has already stopped 2 burglary attempts. Idk why people don't just go learn how firearms work and then teach their kids what to do and not to do seems like a good way to fix it.
