When I moved the US, I couldn’t understand the fascination with guns in the US. The longer I live in SF and see the revolving doors of SF and CA courts, the more I think that the best way to guarantee my safety, would be to have and carry a gun.
For too long, the powerful gun lobby has poured millions of dollars into our elections, hand-picking a Congress to turn a blind eye to gun violence. I say enough is enough. Americans demand stricter gun safety reforms and deserve action.

Except that the safety of carrying a gun is an illusion. Police officers who constantly train and re-train, and who deal with real life & death situations every day are killed with their own guns more frequently than you expect. A gun is a bigger threat to you than the threat.

How is there a blind eye to gun violence when trump wants to fix the border, educate the kids , put adults to work, prison reform , cleaning up the gangs & streets. You saying you only want criminals to have guns? States w strictest gun laws have highest crimes
