Since McConnell says he won't allow a Senate vote on HR-1 can DEMs 1. Stop all congressional business until he allows vote? 2. Have EVERY DEM MoC hold a press conference - all 300 + ? 3. Meet & come up with an action plan and tell us how we can help? 4. Get governors' help?
