We also need realistic cost of living raises because every thing else has skyrocketed! Medicare premiums and prescription drugs are outrageous and only going up food, gasoline, utilities and no sign of relief! Seniors are powerless, but Congress sure voted raises for themselves

We pay into them all our lives. Medicare you still pay into it after 65 every month and it only covers 80%! Lowest cost is $135 @ month and up!Then you have to buy supplementary plans from)100+ a month and still have deductibles and copays. So it is not free - pay all your life!

How about lowering premiums,adding people by lowering age, & also stop taking taxes out of the social security benefit checks that reagan placed on us!! And stop the tax cuts to the rich to pay for it!! Please.THAT would help a lot! I wish I would hear U say that!
