This bill is just a sneaky way of trying to push religious bigotry

How so? People should not be allowed to hide behind their religious text to justify their own bigotry or disgust for someone when offering services or accommodations to the general public.

Hey,
@KamalaHarris you should come talk about this on ground zero— Montgomery County, Texas— where a group called Empower Texans has taken root, put “pastors” forth as candidates & used churches services to campaign & sign legislation. Leading figure? Dan Patrick, our Lt. Gov. -

If Republicans can't do harm to the basic rights of every American, LGBTQ community, women, children, PoC, what would they do with the time on their hands?

But that would defeat the GOP's purpose of discriminating.

They would be very busy fighting this. Too busy to commit horrific acts against our citizens for the almighty dollar. I like it.

Wouldn’t it just be easier to say “vote for me” instead of remaking the same bill with a new name.

The bill has been tweaked to ensure LGBT population are not discriminated against. Similar bill passed during Clinton admin that failed to offer protections. I highly doubt it will pass GOP b/c somehow religion is more important than discrimination
