1. Federally legalize marijuana and tax it high. 2. Raise taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and fast food. Might as well have what is a big contributor pay for healthcare. I’ll bet you’d be surprised how many people would be in favor of this. Might even win you the presidency.

But how will the Government decide which patients to put in front of other patients? Define “Access” to health care.

We already do this with insurance. Emergencies and life threatening situations come first and everyone else waits in line. Unless you have a ton of money this is already how it works
