Take note. If Donald Trump has the authority to declare a National Emergency over the southern border then I contend the next Democratic President has the authority to declare national emergencies over climate change, gun violence and healthcare access
Climate change is a *real* national emergency. We need a leader in the White House who isn't in the pocket of big oil. We need someone who will fight for clean air and water for all Americans.
