We have many laws. Stop violent felons from having any guns. They must be punished harshly. Less than 10% of our national demographic (young, black males) are responsible for about half of these murders. Address that dysfunction.

My children run lockdown drills weekly. They live in fear. In my generation we ran Nuclear attack drills. Like hiding under your desk would bring salvation. Our children deserve to live in a safe country. Common sense gun laws need to be a law.

Sorry to barge in. I don’t think that I would want to be without a gun when I most needed. Put gun restriction and the bad guy still finds a way to get a gun. I want to know I can protect my family and I go to the range weekly like any responsible gun owner would.
