Does anyone on your social media team know about your past? This is one headline you really could have just been quiet about.pic.twitter.com/ml1qstYnVo
Apparently not. It also seems they don’t read comments. Pretty sure this account is on autopilot with pre-programmed platitudes aimed at the ill-informed. I may have to mute the platitudes and posturing until she comes up with a platform.
Ummm... guess you would be the expert on the criminalization of poverty. Though, it's weird that you would be glad, seeing as excessive bail keeps people in jail longer, where you can use them as cheap labor, but okay.
If someone can’t pay fines, they do time. Fortunately those types of ppl (criminals) have time. Unfortunately, either outcome does absolutely nothing for the victim.
That’s right. Because let’s say someone’s in for a $200 fine and it cost me and other taxpayers $89 a day to house/feed. Here in Maine for example, they take $10 off your fine that you’re incarcerated. So 20 days to pay off a $200 fine at the expense of $1,780. Brilliant System!
Excessive fines, you mean taxes in California?
