I don't agree with Trump calling a national emergency to fund the border wall, but let's not dismiss the fact that we do need to tighten our border security. It IS an important issue and calls for serious address.

The budget did address security, just not a wall. All of this woohaa is over Trump not getting a line item for the wall.
