Declare a national emergency to pay educational loan debt, so college graduates can live after attaining their degrees and not owe a house note after graduating. Imagine their contributions to the economy if they didn’t have these financial burdens looming.

Who forced those students into taking loans and getting degrees in studies that have no value? Why would should the government, ergo the taxpayer be responsible for someone else’s poor decisions?

All Americans should be onboard on limiting this end run around Congressional budgetary authority. The Civil War was a national emergency, the Great Depression, World War II. Our border with Mexico is a problem. Big difference.

How about looking at the 31 previous National Emergencies declared by the last 3 presidents, see what they were about. Many dealing with issues of other countries, at least this one involves OUR country.
