As a public educator, we need teachers in the classroom! Even though the pay isn't top-notch, it's the success of our students that is the greater reward. Their accomplishments become our riches! Stay strong for the kids and make a stand by being in the classroom!

Please research. DPS has offered base pay raise. They are asking for bonuses at high poverty schools to be dissolved for $300 more on base pay. High poverty schools in DPS need support!

Our high poverty schools need teachers that can pay their rent. Our pay is not liveable in our states current economy..they can do better.
