I’m actually for Medicare of all and after watching your town hall, I could tell that you’re not. You’re just doing it bc you think it will help you win

Do you have an actual financial plan to back that up?
-
It's enough to know that Medicare for all will cost you less than the private insurance does now. That's borne out everywhere that universal healthcare exists.

I really wish you guys would go after big pharma and the healthcare inflated rates rather than assuming an insurance provider will fit the bill for everyone. Its not sustainable.
-
Moving to a single payer system would also bring reduction in pharmaceutical costs. This is how Canada keeps prices lower than the US. They negotiate drug prices as an entire nation.

I sell health insurance as one of my 4, yes 4, jobs, and I can't afford my health insurance. I literally cry for my clients with expensive pre-existing conditions and everyone between 50 and 65 because the premiums are sooooo expensive!

Psst! It doesn’t get any easier when you’re over 65...!!pic.twitter.com/fCY1qMLJrw

Isn’t that the opposite of a common premise (even of Obamacare) of panels that decide whether procedures will be performed based on cost and probability of success?
-
Nah. You still have to go through medical necessity, probability of success, whether the procedure is approved, whether there are providers in your area, and whether it is too expensive. No form of "Medicare" means "pay for whatever services the patient think he needs"
