Standing w/ Dreamers won't get them permanent status. You can do more from Congress to change immigration laws than you could do from the WH, but you're worried that if you compromise you'll lose primary support. So you give Dreamers lip service only. You stand for yourself.

But you have. You were for a border deal with DACA, against the deal when DACA was taken off of the deal. DACA has nothing to do with building a wall. YOU are using the dreamers AND asylum seekers in detention, as barter for a DACA deal.

The lack of
#selfawareness with some people is astounding. This is literally EXACTLY what the Democratic party has done. They exploited the dreamers for votes and when the GOP offered dreamers a path to citizenship for border security suddenly dreamers were forgotten.#DISGRACE - 1 more reply
