Roger Stone is out on $250,000 bail just hours after his arrest while people across our country sit in jail for days, months, or even years because they can’t afford to pay their bail. It’s unjust. We need to reform this broken system.

As a State Attorney General she was bound by the Federal Laws. In a position of power she can impact and drive the changes needed.

Thats like, half the amount my bail was set for when I was arrested years ago. For half a pill. That wasnt even on me. It took two months for them to reduce my bail to $250,000 and even then thats over ten times the amount bail is usually set for a possesion charge. Its unreal

I was held for 6 months, pre-trial, in the same facility as DOC inmates. My cellie was doing time, 15 years on a homicide charge, and I was waiting on a court date for bond reduction.
