Senator? I'm about halfway through your book, and it's inspiring in me a feeling I had before 2016. That my voice, my husband's voice, the voices we raise in defense of our 3-year-old son Gabe...that they're all worth something. That we can all contribute to something greater.

So how did you get to those positions of power? You speak of ethics, and your personal ethics were on display when you started in politics. You praise your work as AG, but the 9th Circuit repeatedly excoriated your oversight and prosecutorial misconduct, you need less power

The experts on the ground are saying we need a couple hundred feet of barrier people are getting hurt on both sides. If you can’t grow up and put migrants and border patrol lives and safety first then resign but you’re denying basic facts fund what they need
