NO WAY!!!!! I am NOT people’s rent! Absolutely Not. YOU fix this economy. This is what I mean by TOO FAR TO THE LEFT. You will NOT get my vote for this. You fix the economy & people will be able to pay their rent. I found a way to pay mine now for decades as a single mother.

This is the line of thinking that keeps people (especially at-risk peoples) buried by the system. We need to understand and accept that the system is set up exactly for people to struggle and fail - That’s how the rich get richer. It’s a rigged game. We need to fix it.

The government SHOULD NOT subsidize everything. Govt is already too big and broader subsidizing give them a hand in everything, making them even bigger. This is not the direction we need to go

The rising cost of residential real estate has been the single most economically damaging thing for Middle & Working class Americans since the 1970s. House my parents bought in 1967 for $13K now costs $259K, meanwhile salary for Dad's job went from $7.50 to $17.50 an hour.
