Yup. It’s the old stuff, but it will absolutely keep a T1 alive. It’s a damn shame, though.

We also need insulin to not cost $300+ per vial when it costs about $20 everywhere else.

Or nerve pain medication to cost $7.80 per dose... and that's the generic version. Eardrum antibiotics that cost $1.00 per drop.

aside from the shutdown, this highlights the price gouging of big pharma AND high the price of insulin is outrageous and insurance costs $300 copay for insulin is ridiculous.

I received one insulin shot prior to a recent surgery. The hospital billed Medicare $240. Medicare declined and it was written off. Every citizen deserves to have a powerful insurance plan that protects. Medicare for all!!
