Is this real? This can’t be real. CA has a massive homelessness problem in the metro areas. Entire cities have declared bankruptcy due to the incomprehensible spending of legislatures & other bureaucrats. How the hell can you possibly say CA has a strong economy unironically?

It rained yesterday in LA. The LA River was full of garbage and trash flowing to Long Beach. There are homeless camps in the river contributing human waste and garbage to the debris. But they did pass a law that keeps me from getting a plastic straw.
