Its strange when you raise the minimum wage ALL THE PRICES go up. Its almost like you get a decrease in pay.

so true, if people don’t want to make a low wage then apply for a better job it’s really not that hard. There are tons of jobs everywhere. I never want to college and I make 50K plus a year and am in super high cost of living Massachusetts and god willing my family is fine

Cause we need uneducated kids ages 17-21 who live with their parents putting small companies out of business because they can’t afford to pay their employees, so that they can afford to buy Heineken instead of Busch Light

One thing we need to do is stop subsidizing corporations, let’s put some stick in the corporate tax code. If a company doesn’t pay enough to workers, doesn’t give them a stable work schedule or benefits they should pay more in taxes to cover gov’t programs that fill the gaps
