I'm getting the impression that you're one of those people that don't like to hear the truth about racism.

Never said she was wrong, just pointed out that she’s divisive. Never tells us how she wants to fix it, just how we got here

Implicit racial bias is the root of many many issues in the United States.

I totally agree with you on this one, as someone who has experienced this first hand.

I teach an oncology massage class and tried to balance what slides we show. It's infinitely more difficult to find medical slides showing POC. If folks are invisible to students, they're invisible in practice. It's not right.

She is just telling it like it is. Minority women do not get the same treatment as the "white majority". To believe anything else is rediculous. And it's only decisive to "White Fright" people. You need to wake up and really look at the statistics with an open mind.
-
I never said they did receive the same treatment. What I’m saying is can’t she get to the fix instead of pointing out who should be blamed? The system is broken, so offer solutions. Give us substance, details of how she thinks it gets better. Can I not ask for that?

Just think if you weren’t locking up black men SF thereby adding to the stress of black women, and not prosecuting a corrupt billionaire banker thereby adding to the stress of black women foreclosing on their homes.
-
Yeah none of said black men did anything wrong

There are also biological factors that we MUST address, rather than focusing only on social imperatives. Both are critical!
