Americans think that America is the greatest country on Earth, but I don't know why. America treats Americans very badly. In Europe, we have statutory, paid maternity leave for 26 weeks. America needs to start looking after its people. The American dream is a lie.

I taught for Chicago public schools for 16 years. I had 5 children while there without one day maternity leave. You just took unpaid leave, now they have 6 weeks paid I believe.

Absolutely necessary rights for women to have. Another example of Canada getting things right! Apply pressure to get health care as a RIGHT for everyone. Push for the Canadian Health System. What we pay for "affordable" health care
is as much as the taxes would be! -
In case you haven't heard, this is not Canada! I like to have the choice of my care, not what gov. tells me I can have or need. Healthcare is not a right. Maybe all of you libs should read the Bill of Rights! Last I read, Nope! No healthcare there.
