You should expunge the criminal records for simple possession and street level trafficking at the same time.

And provide an opportunity to work in the
#weedindustry in some capacity without a criminal background issue, especially for non-violent crimes and weed offense only. Distributing, growing, smoking, selling etc. There has to be some $ support commensurate to time in jail. - 1 more reply

We did it in Canada and there's been absolutely no adverse impact on our society. Unless you count an increase in Doritos sales.

In fairness, how Canadian society responds isn't an ideal indicator for how US society would respond. You could abolish all crime in Canada and probably wouldn't notice any difference.

I think we should decriminalize the whole lot and channel the money saved into comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment.

We talk about this "opioid crisis" for example, but when have we not had an epidemic of one drug or another? We have this false narrative now that this one always starts with an injury and leads to dependency which is only part of the story. A real sad part but real.

My son has LGS and has been on Charlotte's Web. Some of the children and adults with various health issues, need more THC than .05 percent for it to work. You're spot on. Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU.

THC clearly helps some medically, while some like myself can’t tolerate. But ALL adult chronic pain pts in CA should be able to try & use LEGAL THC if it helps them without giving up prescriptions. EASILY remedied by removing THC from CDC opioid urinalysis panel. Please help!
