You all don’t take care of them with bad forest management practices, why should anyone entrust California with any thing?

Ok, so you got your information from Trump tweets. Would it surprise you to learn that not only are most of California’s forests under federal control but also that none of it was close to any of the recent fires, which weren’t started in forests?

We need more vertical living. Walkable neighborhoods with shops and restaurants nearby. We cant continue to sprawl. More compact living areas allow for walking vs driving, wildlife migration/habitats remain undisturbed, ppl save $ with better planning. Lots of benefits.

This may reflect your life experience. It works for you. I want space and a yard. Packing people into buildings works for some but it sends my stress level skyward. I need space.

But public lands & public TRUST lands (tide & submerged) are distinct! CA AG & BCDC have a war on marinas & people living on boats in communities strengthen PUBLIc TRUsT access to water. statist bureaucrats are protecting condo views over advancing affordable living in marinas

Some of the federal land grab in California has limited access to native Americans. Think twice before you act

I'd kind of like PG&E to just start with burying their lines so things like the fire in Redwood Valley and Paradise won't happen so easily again. People would come together to do it too. Either that or more off the grid options.

If that was the case you could not afford electricity
