Congress has been derelict in its responsibilities to arm & train #WeThePeople, leaving a security vacuum for #criminals & aspiring #tyrants. Restoring #2Amendment is more necessary now than when the #Constitution was written.

Aren’t guns illegal in Chicago... and California has some of the toughest laws in the country for gun control. Your argument doesn’t work. Controlling guns isn’t the answer. Identifying and caring for people with a loose screw is the answer.

Yes, we need congress to get rid of "gun free zones" and pass HR-38, or a different federal concealed carry permit so people can have a chance of defending themselves. I am quite sure you as a Senator have an armed security detail.
