Since poor people would spend this extra money, there would be a stimulous to our consumer driven economy. More money in the hands of poor people would make their lives significantly better too.

Repealing the
#CaGasTax that disproportionately impacts the working poor would help as well. Holding utility companies accountable for mismanaging power lines rather than passing the cost to ratepayers would help, but oops#SB901 thanks@JerryBrownGov@BillDoddCA -

Foolish. The purpose of taxes is to gather the funds necessary to pay for government. It is not to help people. The problem is the government is too big. Kill pork barrel. Cut back government to a maintainable size.
