Lives have been destroyed by kangaroo court procedures at universities, implemented by Obama administration by extortion (threatened withholding of funds). The justice system can (and should) operate on universities as elsewhere.

The college system is inherently biased because they are beholden to Title IX funding. I believe it’s Harvard or Yale law that uses outside entities to investigate and adjudicate all accusations to avoid such bias.
