We shouldnt send any state or territory disaster aid. We should let the private sector help in these situations and keep the government out of it. Also need to stop giving aid to foreigners. Time to eliminate all foreign aid.

You need to educate yourself on the population of Puerto Rico and its lack of fiscal accountability over the past 20 years they're receiving billions upon billions in federal aid...the only sympathy is for those who have lost family and homes the economy thats leadership's fault

I'm from Puerto Rico and what the President is saying is true. The Government is so corrupt that uses the money for something else, they fill their pockets while the people suffer the consequences.
