I suggest they appear at the polling place with power bills, drivers lic/ID and any other proof they live there. They will be given a provisional ballot. This is just another scare tactic. The rest of america have to prove it.

The power bills will as often as not go to their post office boxes, as will their other bills. The idea of creating a last-minute residential address that can be quibbled upon is just a slap in the face to democracy. Awful treatment.
