Yes, we could have equity in pay in the morning if the majority of white female voters stop treating their daughters, mothers, and sisters like 2nd class citizens by voting for a party- the GOP- that is hostile to everything-women...

Mr Harris has come to the resolution that embrassing the issues of the black man or women is no longer beneficial. The Hispanic issues has become the highest priority of this black politician. Wake up black people. Black nationalism circle of 7 on YouTube.

Are these 53c/dollar 70c/dollar etc normalized for GradePointAverage GPA or SAT or years of college or degree type or any other metric like that? They should be. Otherwise its a bogus comparison, statistically invalid.

When latinas take jobs working on a fishing trawler, on an oil rig, as a lumberjack, as a trash collector or laying shingles on a 110 degree roof 60 feet in the air, wages will be equal. Let me know when latinas start applying.

And they only talk about the women and not men who also break themselves apart trying to sustain a job at a minimum wage; can't be more hypocritical than this.

My daughter has a house cleaning business. She can’t always compete with criminal illegal alien “Latinas” who depress the wage in that industry. Refusing to reduce the price of her labor, she moves on, & gets customers who appreciate the ability to communicate in English.

That’s some hard truth but I don’t think it’s fair to equate Latina with illegal. I would presume wage gap studies are of legal workers but the undocumented depressing wages is a legitimate concern at the bottom end of the workforce.pic.twitter.com/Bl0dsv57Gg
