Ive never paid attention to politics until 2016. I do now. And I vote.
Over the last two years, we’ve seen people mobilize and organize — people who may not have been politically involved before. It gives me hope. Our voices matter. Elections matter. And on November 6, we’re going to fight for the best of who we are as a country.

2016 was my first time voting, and I'm 36. Trump's rhetoric disgusted me to the point that no longer caring was an impossibility. I now realize that my apathy directly contributed to today's problems. I intend to make up for it by voting every single time from here on out.

I am one of those people who was never involved in politics. This election I have donated, knocked on doors, put signs in my yard and on my car, and handwrote 100's of postcards....anything to flip as many GOP seats as we can.
