I would be dead without #ACA.
Then #GOPTaxBill happened with skinny repeal.
My HMO skyrocketed from $239 to $1,978.10 PER MONTH because I have #cancer--just as the #CBO predicted would happen to ALL sick people.
My spouse had to take out a loan to pay for my health insurance.

I never understood why other countries are able to provide free health care but here we struggle to provide affordable health care.

Yet we consider ourselves the richest country in the world... BS, if the people aren’t feeling it’s riches this country’s wealth doesn’t mean a thing

Kind of makes you wonder what people did before there was healthcare, or government, or even money. How did we ever survive to reach this point where we have become stupid enough to try to demand that the government give us ever more stuff?

Thank you!! Agree! Many people are just one incident or diagnosis away from bankruptcy due to unexpected medical bills. It can even mean financial distress for those w/ employer plans... it's all in the fine print! Charity is not the answer.

Medicare for All is something I 100% support, but you can't eat it or live inside it. People also need a sufficient amount of money for their basic needs, and that's unconditional basic income.https://medium.com/basic-income/universal-basic-income-as-the-social-vaccine-of-the-21st-century-d66dff39073 …
