When I was working in HR, I heard similar crap. But... The employer certainly wouldn't turn down the work opportunity tax credits! And then they would find why this person wasn't a good fit after the obligation was finished and they got their money

It takes real strength to admit that one has a problem. PTSD is what leads to so many of the 22 veterans who commit suicide every day. More needs to be done to help my brothers and sisters who suffer PTSD.
