I was raped & sexually molested by a fellow church member and a few months later by an uncle in law! It was shortly before and after my 14th b-day. I told no except my sis in law and HS advisor. Told my mom after my dad & all his brothers had passed. 20+ yrs later #MeToo
63% of sexual assaults are not reported to the police in our country. Many go unreported. Some don't tell anyone. This is an issue that impacts so many Americans. Dr. Ford's experience is no different than the majority of sexual assault victims.

I was raped when I was 5, even though I had a hard time sitting down for a few weeks, I was told I was making it up. That's why I didn't tell anyone when it happened again when I was 10.

Oh, and my wife suffered through sexual abuse her entire childhood. Why didn't she report it? Because her father was their only source of income and she knew that if she reported, they would be homeless. With a family of 5 other kids. SHE SUPPORTS KAVANAUGH and FORD LIED!!!!

I just hope that these women and men too are not put off by what they have seen during these recent hearings. This should be a time for them to come forward and make their stories be heard by people with empathy. This President should be ignored and treated with contempt.
