I have no "pre-existing conditions," am too old to get pregnant, and no Shrinks take insurance anyway. Why should I not be able to choose cheaper coverage? Better drivers get better auto insurance rates. Why should I not be able to AFFORD coverage? At my age it's over $1000 mo.

My family has insurance through an employer and the insurance sucks. Very high deductible AND they often deny coverage for certain tests for which we then have to argue and enlist the doctor's help to appeal. Single Payer. I have family in Canada and they love their health care.
