Perry & Abbott have refused to expand Medicaid in Texas. Thanks to ALEC, Texas has tort reform laws which limit damage amounts for malpractice to $200K. We still have sky high medical rates. Texas doctors can maim, kill & force taxpayers to pick of the cost of their incompetence.
