We already do, and we're happy he'll be confirmed. BTW did you know that he and Merrick Garland agreed on 93% of the cases they both were rendering decisions on?

No, nobody would know that because we can't see either of their records. You can't change the rules to suit you every single time. Dems won't play dirty like that but boy the Republicans deserve it. This is been a nasty dirty two and a half years and most of us are sick of it

The 35 blacked out months would likely reveal exactly who he is. Every stop must be pulled out to get his complete record.
#WhatAreTheyHiding -
Except those 35 months or executive privilege just like every lawyer that is ever worked for a president or in a presidential cabinet cents we formed the country. But he has turned over more documentation then all five previous Supreme Court Justices combined but why use FACTS

Why not postpone his own hearing if he has nothing to hide? If he was a "man of honor" he would do just that- postpone his own hearing until all of you have read the missing documents.. But he won't because he is a coward who only wants the power of the position..
#KavaNAH -
No, that’s not it! We want to get him confirmed before the midterms... who knows what will happen there so why would we risk that? Winning!

The Executive branch is using the Legislative branch process to select its own Judicial branch that'll sit in judgement of the head of the Executive branch! Please, Legislators, don't participate in this epic attempt to obstruct justice. *45 cannot hand-pick his own SCOTUS!
-
Of course he shouldn't but that's precisely what's happening.
