What do you intend to do about it, Senator?

If you're up to it, you can email Brett Kavanaugh and respectfully ask him to withdraw his nomination. His Harvard email and phone number are in the public domain. Also,
@lauferlaw, how about an Amicus brief from you and your esteemed colleagues objecting to his nomination.pic.twitter.com/rNEGiePUkv

Kamala, the Dems need to pull out every R trick in the book. Release the emails or anything that will help. We all know the Reps would do so. Enough is enough.

What are gonna DO about it? The dems initial 20 minutes of complaining did nothing. It was all grandstanding. Now you’re all sitting in there, asking softball questions and granting him a normal hearing. Ludicrous!!!

Ask Kavannaugh point blank if he would agree to postpone the vote and release his record. He needs to refuse and explain this under oath and in front of America. Is he a Constitutionalist or not?

Exactly. Why did the courts take longer to deal with that 17 year old and now seem so nimble and spritely and rushing around to slam a judge into place?

Can’t you do something to postpone this hearing? Trump is under investigation & mentally unstable. Don’t let this continue.
