The Senate can't possibly be expected to make a decision on Kavanaugh’s ability with only 4% of of his record. There must be a stay until at least 10% are available.

Since the last 2 nominated by Democratic Presidents were required to provide 99-100% of their documents, why would a Republican nominee be required anything less? What is different between Kagan, Sotomayor, and Kavanaugh? Can someone see it?

So Kavanaugh would not be able to get a job anywhere else without providing his records but he is eligible to be nominated for a lifetime position as SCOTUS. Makes perfect sense in Trump World where he has yet to produce his tax returns.
