Since we have Grassley on record saying the republicans read all 42k pages when it’s seems likely Kavanaugh is lying I’d be sure to ask the chairman or other republicans if that is correct based on their reading of the extra 42k documents. Get them on record as well

If
@JohnCornyn is so sure that D's will oppose Kavanagh regardless of all the documents, they should release them anyway. The Senator is conveniently overlooking that CITIZENS also have a right to know everything about Kavanaugh; what are they so scared of people finding out? -
The GOP controls the Senate, they have caucus majority to confirm Kavanaugh no matter how much yelling, screaming & general mayhem the public & Dem Senators make; so why hide the majority of his life's work?

I want to know what the rush is? Well, we all know it's to exonerate trump despite their denials. So, if they don't want to rush his confirmation to protect trump, why then? The court can function with 8 justices for a short period of time. That's how we know this is corrupt.
-
And *did* function with 8 for 10+ months when Repugs refused to even acknowledge the nomination of Merrick Garland.

Release a reasonable percentage of his documents and allow time for a thorough review. That's not Democrats being difficult; we as a nation should want that. The "background check" is appropriate for the power that he could have. Or is he not getting a lifetime appointment....?

If his record cannot be reviewed, his nomination should be withdrawn.

Get up. Walk out. All of you. Hearing postponed. Then, publish the documents.
