From the written, the issue isn't racial disparities in maternal care but in outcomes of care by Medicaid and by other providers and why is disproportionate number of black women on Medicaid. Did not work? No partners who work? Less healthy lifestyles? Why? Please explain!

For example: In Democrat speak, Abortion = Reproductive Health Care. 1. Pregnancy is not a disease. 2. Once pregnancy occurs, you've already reproduced. 3. The butchering of unborn children cannot by any stretch of the imagination be called 'Health Care'.
