In an effort to rush through Kavanaugh’s nomination, the GOP set his confirmation hearings to begin on Sept 4—nearly 2 months before the National Archives said Kavanaugh’s documents could be released. This means no one will be able to look at his full record before the hearings.

As a individual with multiple pre-existing conditions Mr. Kavanaugh is in my opinion the most dangerous man we could ask for to take this seat, Not to mention his stances on abortion rights which belong to the patient, her family, the doctor AND NO ONE ELSE!!!!

The GOP is abridging the Constitution by denying US citizens access to Kavanaugh’s records. Every politician swears to serve the people, first, not their party. The people want to know the record of this extremely consequential SCOTUS nominee. It is both fair and just.

It wasn’t that they didn’t have the time. McConnell decided flat out there’d be no hearing. Full stop. McConnell has weaponized the Senate. He’s refused to honor his oath to uphold the constitution. He’s an enemy of the state.
