your tweet. My mom was a Rosie Riveter; my dad was an Army Sgt in a tank battalion. PBS had a doc on Rosie a few yrs ago in which they interveiwed a black Rosie Riveter. She was a welder. Interesting History Note at beginning of WWII FDR was going to pay Black Defense workers at a lower rate than White Workers A.Phillip Randolph & AFL CIO organized a March on DC to protest Bags Packed ready to Roll when FDR relented.
