Generally speaking, most State child protective service laws require a pick up order from the family court to remove children from their parents or home. How did the immigrant authority or ICE overrule the law? These orders can only be issued if there is child neglect or abuse.

as I understand it, the USG is classifying these children, forcibly separated from family members--literally abducted--as "unaccompanied alien children," which means that the USG gains custody over them & parents face even more legal hurdles in achieving reunification.

As long as businesses hire illegal immigrants and Americans continue to patronize those businesses, illegal immigrants will find a way to get here. A wall won’t stop them.

Why can't private citizens accept responsibility for hosting these children rather than government sponsored continual torture?? ...and hosting their families atleast until they are united???
