White people need to do acknowledge that the system is inherently biased & that we are still benefitting from it at the expense of minorities. Acknowledge it so we can change it. Until then, real, lasting change is impossible.
The Russians know racism and other forms of hate have always been America’s Achilles’ heel — and we need to deal with that weakness.
